VidSummit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes.

8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VidSummit operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

9. Tickets:
2024 Refund Policy: You may cancel your participation in VidSummit 2024 at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy: If you cancel before May 31, 2024, you will receive a refund of purchase price minus the cost of a Virtual Pass ($199). If you cancel between June 1, 2024, and June 30, 2024, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee. If you cancel after July 1, 2024, you are not eligible for a refund but may send someone in your place for a $50 transfer fee. You may resell your ticket. To request a refund or fully grant your access to the event to another person, email info@vidsummit.com. Only requests made by the original registrant will be honored.
