Rich Bloom

Rich Bloom joined Tubi in May of 2025 to lead Tubi for Creators and Partnerships as General Manager, Creator Programs & Executive Vice President, Business Development. A seasoned technology and digital media executive with deep experience in video and the creator economy, Rich Bloom joins Tubi from Vimeo as GM of OTT, where he empowered creators to run their own direct-to-consumer subscription streaming services. Rich also led global business development, and previously ran Vimeo On Demand’s marketplace. He has more than 20 years of experience in building and scaling new businesses and partnership programs in both public and venture capital-backed companies, including Alibaba, Hearst, and AOL.
