Kudzi Chikumbu

Kudzi Chikumbu is an experienced leader in the creator economy, digital storytelling, and entertainment, who recently joined Tubi as Vice President of Creator Partnerships. As the former Global Head of Creator Marketing at TikTok, he was instrumental in building its creator ecosystem from the ground up—helping define how creators and platforms collaborate to shape culture and drive audience engagement.

Born in Zimbabwe and raised in South Africa, Kudzi brings a global perspective to his work. He began his career as a consultant at Deloitte before earning his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, then went on to lead transformative creator initiatives at TikTok spanning partnerships, education, product marketing, and experiential activations. A creator advocate at heart, Kudzi has a proven ability to bridge emerging talent and major platforms. His work has earned him accolades including Fortune’s “40 Under 40,” The Hollywood Reporter’s “Next Gen,” Variety’s “Hollywood’s New Leaders,” and AdWeek’s “Experiential Executive of the Year.”
